For all of you who have been curious as to how to refund on iTunes, for an app, I recently had to grovel for the first time back to Apple and thought I’d put it down on paper (ehm text). OK
Open up iTunes and navigate to Store -> View My Account -> Purchase History
Look for the Report a Problem link, click on it, and a popup will appear, for you to describe your reason for requesting a refund. Bare in mind, you can’t just get a refund willy nilly, so give a good legitimate reason.
Apple will respond back to you within 48 hours and let you know if your request has been granted, and Apple has shown mercy!
